Job Description
Your role is to contribute to program and project management and performance by providing support for operational teams to help achieve their cost and delivery objectives. This also encompasses managing risks and opportunities, and deliverables.
As delegated by the program or project manager, depending on their scope of responsibility, you are responsible for the following duties and tasks :
Furthermore, you will participate and promote to continuous improvement in Program and Project management and related fields through :
The position reports hierarchically to the PMO manager and functionally to the Program and / or Project manager. The person will work with all departments in the company.
Job Requirements
Leadership, rigor, pragmatism and determination.
Experience in project management.
Strong efficiency in using Planisware and MS Office.
Effective communicator as well as a good team player.
Ability to work with stakeholders from many sites of Safran LS.
Deliverables :
Your specific deliverables will be the following, broken down by frequency :
Weekly :
1.1Regular maintenance (either directly, or through support of the work package Manager) of the oSmoz objects for your Program(s)
a.Measured by having accurate and up to date information in the plan reflecting the current budget and forecast.
b.Measured by having all available time-booking tasks for Resources with available hours to book.
c.Measured by having up to date technical planning for all deliverables.
1.2Produce Deliverable OTD report and chair review with Project Chief Engineer (PCEO) and team
a.Measured by the successful update on late deliverables as well as the forecasting
Monthly :
1.1PCEO Dashboard support
a.Measured the successful production of the monthly PCEO dashboard.
Quarterly :
Manage the oSmoz process on the Toronto based programs. This includes :
Maintenance of the oSmoz plans
Production and analysis of various KPIs
Weekly Deliverable (OTD) reports & reviews with PCEO
Weekly Task reports & reviews with Engineering Group Leader (EGL)
Monthly Program Dashboard
Other reports to support the team
Support for the Time-Booking process
