Senior Project Manager
Tasks
- Mastery of documents : carefully reviewing plans, drawings, and specifications provided by architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure a thorough and precise understanding of the project.
- Strategic procurement : collaborating with project assistants to identify needs and organize the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
- Optimal coordination : distributing manufacturing plans according to production priorities and ensuring smooth communication between teams.
- Thorough monitoring : overseeing installations and construction activities on-site, working closely with superintendents.
- Time and cost management : leading the management of production schedules, delivery schedules, and budgets to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
- Interdepartmental communication : ensuring careful monitoring of procurement while promoting smooth communication between various departments.
- Performing any other related tasks.

Job requirements
- DCS in Architecture or any other relevant education.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Architecture.
- Relevant experience in project management.
- Knowledge of Québec construction laws and regulations.
- Strong ability to read plans.
- Good computer skills : Microsoft Office suite, MS Project, and Autocad.
- Bilingualism mandatory.
