JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary :

As a Front of House Team Member at Tim Hortons, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service , preparing and serving food and beverages, and creating a warm and welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using POS system
• Prepare hot and cold beverages, baked goods, and other menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and condiment station
• Restock supplies and ensure product availability during shifts
• Follow all Tim Hortons operational policies and procedures
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
• Support team members in achieving service and cleanliness standards
