Sales Representative – Forklift Sales & Rental (Canada & USA)
Location : Mississauga, ON (On-site)
Employment Type : Full-Time
Salary : $40,000 – $50,000 CAD per year + Commission (OTE)

As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a Sales Representative who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment and wants to grow within a rapidly scaling company.
About the Role
This position focuses on lead generation, outreach, and relationship nurturing.
You’ll play a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth handoffs to management for quoting and closing.
You’ll work closely with Sales and Operations teams, gaining hands-on guidance and market insights to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
Execute outbound prospecting : cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and door-to-door visits to industrial clients.
Manage and nurture warm inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.
Qualify opportunities and hand them off to senior management for pricing or closing.
Research new customers and industries (construction, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.) across Canada and the U.S.
Maintain and update CRM records with lead details, activities, and progress notes.
Provide after-sales support to customers you’ve onboarded, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Track and report weekly KPIs - including outreach volume, lead conversions, and follow-up activity.
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of sales or business development experience (industrial, automotive, or equipment industry preferred).
Strong background in lead generation and prospecting - both online and in person.
Knowledge or experience in equipment sales, automotive, or material handling industries is a major asset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for client visits.
Must be able to travel to the United States.
Strong reporting discipline and ability to consistently meet or exceed KPIs.
Compensation
Base Salary : $40,000 – $50,000 CAD / year (based on experience)
On-Target Earnings : Commission per sale or rental + performance-based bonuses
