The 2026-27 faculty grid for this position is$75,461 to $116,035 based on years of experience and a Bachelor of Education. Faculty with a Master's will be paid at a higher range.

About Us

Mulgrave School is an independent, co-educational IB World School offering the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP) in Grades 610 and the IB Diploma Programme (DP) in Grades 1112. While most students pursue the DP, approximately 20% follow an enriched graduation pathway that blends IB and other courses.

Our Upper School (Grades 612) is a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly collaborative professional community, where innovation is encouraged and student learning and well-being guide everything we do. Teachers know their students well, both inside and outside the classroom, and work collectively to ensure every student feels challenged, supported, and truly known.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach MYP Mathematics across a range of grade levels (Grades 610)
• Collaborate on curriculum planning and programme development as part of subject teams
• Inspire and challenge students to achieve outstanding outcomes in mathematics
• Serve as a Homeroom Advisor for approximately 12 Middle School students
• Support students future pathways, including writing post-secondary reference letters
• Contribute to co-curricular programmes (clubs, athletics, coaching, etc.)
• Participate in outdoor education and experiential learning opportunities
• Promote student well-being while fostering curiosity, resilience, and a love of learning

The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience in accordance with BC labour laws and company policies.
