ABOUT THE PROJECT : The company is supporting a major provincial utility organization that relies on OpenText enterprise content management solutions to support core business operations, records management, and regulatory compliance.The organization is seeking an OpenText Developer and Support Analyst to support the development, configuration, integration, and ongoing operational support of OpenText platforms within a regulated utility environment. This role supports both project delivery and steady-state application operations, ensuring system reliability, usability, and compliance with corporate standards. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Configure, customize, and support OpenText enterprise content management applications
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, reports, and integrations within OpenText
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support, including incident and problem resolution
- Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues
- Support OpenText upgrades, patches, and environment changes
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Work closely with infrastructure, database, and integration teams
- Produce technical documentation, support procedures, and system documentation
- Ensure solutions align with security, records management, and compliance requirements
- Support testing, deployments, and post-implementation activities
