Bilingual Sales Representative Industrial
Canada East (Remote Opportunity)
Our client, a recognized national leader, and manufacturer, of industrial infrastructure has engaged Jason Springthorpe of the Lock Search Group to assist them in finding an exceptional individual for the role of a Bilingual Sales Representative .
This role will manage and grow the company’s customer base within the Eastern Part of Canada. This role has is home based and could be fantastic opportunity to grow your sales career.
The Sales Representative is patient and able to persevere through lengthy sales processes, with a keen understanding of the importance of sales services in meeting customer expectations and responding appropriately.
They coordinate interventions with internal and external partners to stay within budget and manage projects related to products and services.
Strong organizational and communication skills (English & French) are essential for successfully closing contracts. The ideal candidate will have experience in prospecting for new clients, as well as developing and supporting existing customers.
Their ability to build long-term relationships is crucial for their success.
Responsibilities :
- Develop new customers through phone calls, emails, and emerging channels.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to order completion.
- Apply solution-selling techniques to uncover opportunities for profitable revenue growth.
- Create strategic action plans targeting competitive users.
- Build and nurture essential business relationships.
- Generate leads for various product lines, rentals, and service opportunities.
- Sell multi-products / services, collaborating with Outside Sales Reps as needed.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing customers.
- Prospect within accounts to discover new sales opportunities.
- Proactively sell products, services, and supplies.
- Prepare customer quotations, research requirements, and evaluate solutions and pricing with suppliers.
- Manage in-house order paperwork efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Must be Bilingual in English and French
- Proven experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) lead generation and sales, with a focus on hunting for new business.
- Solid background in inside sales or prospecting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage comfortably with managers, executives, and peers.
- Strong work ethic and adaptability in rapidly changing environments.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a professional attitude and the ability to handle sensitive interactions tactfully.
- Keen attention to detail and adept at solving problems.
- Superior time management and organizational abilities.
