As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead our client relationships in the Lower Mainland and guide a team of Client Services Managers. This role is pivotal to driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring that our services exceed industry standards.
Your Role : Director of Operations
- Leadership : Inspire, mentor, and develop your team of Client Services Managers, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Client Success : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and delivering tailored security solutions.
- Business Development : Identify and pursue growth opportunities, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and close deals to achieve revenue and market share targets.
- Strategic Planning : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes.
- Operational Excellence : Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- KPI Management : Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure goals are met and continuously improved.
- Transition Management : Oversee seamless new business startups and transition plans.
What You Bring :
Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.5+ years of managerial experience in an operational setting, preferably in security, law enforcement, or military, with 3+ years in business development.A history of success in client relationship management, problem-solving, and business development.Strong operational experience, including the management of large teams across multiple sites.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.The ability to remain calm under pressure, exercising sound judgment and a hands-on problem-solving approach.Experience drafting policies, procedures, reports, business cases, and duty rosters.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational and analytical abilities.A valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle for travel between client sites.An understanding of financial and cost drivers in the security industry.Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent (an asset).Who We Are :
