Description
SharePoint / Power Platform Developer
We’re looking for a SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to join our Operational Excellence team. This role RK instrumental in designing, building, and enhancing digital solutions that improve how our organization collaborates and operates. You’ll work closely with business partners to translate operational needs into scalable, user‑friendly SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that support automation, efficiency, and meaningful digital transformation. The key responsibilities for this role include :
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and structure aligned to business needs and governance.
Build and enhance Power Platform solutions—Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI—to automate workflows, support decision‑making, and improve team productivity.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate them into technical solution designs.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, ensuring reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Implement governance and best practices across SharePoint and the Power Platform, ensuring security, compliance, and sustainable solution development.
Monitor and analyze solution performance using metrics and KPIs to guide enhancements and ensure alignment with operational goals.
Contribute to broader digital transformation initiatives, advocating for modern workplace tools and innovative use of Microsoft technologies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or related field.
Experience developing in the Microsoft 365 environment, with proven skills in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
3–5 years of experience building digital solutions, applications, or workflows (financial services experience an asset).
Familiarity with process‑improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving abilities; able to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Strong digital literacy and comfort navigating a variety of Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, Excel, Viva, SharePoint, Power Platform).
Ability to balance details with a big‑picture view, maintain a growth mindset, and adapt to evolving technology and business needs.
