Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Downtown Toronto - Onsite 5 days Salary: $43,000 per year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (Up to 100% Coverage), HOOPP Pension Vacation: 2 weeks, 10 sick days, 2 personal days Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk to join a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of experience with accounts payable, with basic accounting knowledge and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Process invoices accurately and timely, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures. - Review and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of accounts payable transactions. - Assist with resolving discrepancies and inquiries related to accounts payable. - Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper authorization and documentation for payment processing. - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Requirements: - 1 - 3 years of experience in accounts payable. - Basic accounting knowledge. - Strong attention to detail and time management skills. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Experience with Dynamics 365 is a plus. - Must be fully comfortable working in an office setting.
