Job description

Vous veillez au bon fonctionnement du parc informatique de l’entreprise et gérez l’inventaire ainsi que l’approvisionnement des équipements IT.

Vos responsabilités

Support aux utilisateurs

  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques et accompagner les employés dans l’utilisation des systèmes.
  • Assurer le suivi des demandes et incidents dans un outil de gestion.
  • Maintenir la confidentialité des informations traitées.

Maintenance et infrastructure

  • Installer, configurer et entretenir les équipements informatiques (postes de travail, réseaux, serveurs, etc.).
  • Gérer les réseaux de l’entreprise (firewall, VPN, WIFI, LAN / WAN).
  • Superviser l’inventaire et les achats du département IT.

  • Déplacements possibles vers d’autres sites.
  • Horaires variables selon les priorités et projets.

    • Profil recherché

    DEC ou AEC en informatique

    5 ans d’expérience minimum

    Certification CCNA / IT (un atout)

    Permis de conduire valide

    Bilinguisme français-anglais (intermédiaire à avancé)

    Maîtrise avancée des systèmes Microsoft

    Excellentes compétences en service client et gestion des priorités

    You ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure while managing inventory and procurement of IT equipment.

    Your Responsibilities

    User Support

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and assist employees with IT systems.
  • Track and update incidents in a case management tool.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information handled.

    • Infrastructure & Maintenance

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (workstations, networks, servers, etc.).
  • Manage corporate networks (firewall, VPN, WIFI, LAN / WAN).
  • Oversee IT inventory and procurement.

  • Travel to other locations may be required.
  • Work schedules may vary based on priorities and projects.

    • Your Profile

    DEC or AEC in IT

    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

    CCNA / IT certification (an asset)

    Valid driver’s license

    Bilingual (French & English, intermediate to advanced)

    Strong Microsoft systems expertise

    Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
