JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Executive Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) the Program Manager is focused on improving AFLs end-to-end delivery on all aspects of assigned programsin four distinct regions. The incumbent in this role leads ateam of professionals as well as project coordination / administration support managing overall resources and workin order tomeet Program doing so the primary focus willbe sustainable growthprofitabilityand standardization;andensuring strong and engaged stakeholder relationships.
