Job description

Role : Technical Lead – Integration and Solutions ArchitectureOverview : Join a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll wear multiple hats, combining advanced technical expertise and strategic leadership. You'll bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, leading the design, implementation, and integration of modernized applications and systems.Responsibilities : Solution Design & Architecture : Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.Team Leadership : Provide technical mentorship to a team of 5-6 developers, fostering growth and collaboration without micro-management.Business & Technical Collaboration : Partner with PMO, vendors, and business stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure successful project delivery.Systems Integration : Oversee integration of ERP, SaaS, and custom applications, including OpenEdge-based solutions with Angular front-end and Kendo components.Compliance & Standards : Drive adoption of GRC initiatives, ensuring SOC2 compliance, zero-trust models, and secure application designs.Custom Development : Lead development efforts for web applications, APIs, and integrations, emphasizing time-to-market and technical excellence.Key Technologies : OpenEdge (similar to .NET), Angular, Kendo UIWeb application architecture, web firewalls, and cloud integrationAPI development, data modeling, and order-to-cash workflowsIdeal Candidate : You are a hands-on technical leader with a strong ability to solve complex integration challenges, guide teams, and contribute to innovative solutions. You thrive in environments where you can roll up your sleeves while driving the organization forward with modern, scalable designs.Role Highlights : Lead initiatives to modernize applications and expand integration systems.Oversee internal development and collaborate with third-party vendors on SOWs.Balance technical leadership (80%) with casual people management responsibilities (20%).Details : Location : 3 days a week on-site in North York.Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Canada.Compensation : Competitive base salary.
