About the Opportunity

On behalf of our client, a national not-for-profit organization, we are recruiting for a Bilingual Program Coordinator for a short-term contract, reporting to the Director.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Administration and delivery of an international academic program
• Provide support in the areas of event planning, financial administration and database maintenance
• Organizing meetings for the selection committees
• Assisting with national and international events
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries
• Document and report production together with budget reporting for the program

Coordinate travel for team members and recipients

About the Job

This is a full-time contract opportunity for two to three months. It offers a wage of $28.00 to $34.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. This client is located in Ottawa but offers a largely remote work arrangement.
