We are currently looking for a Transportation Coordinator to join our team. This role will support the management of inbound and outbound warehouse traffic.

What you'll Be doing :

Plan, coordinate and facilitate transportation of finished goods and manage the timely delivery to third party locations and estate wineries

Work with transport carriers to meet daily shipping schedule

Monitor and coordinate daily components receiving schedule

Facilitate daily inbound courier and miscellaneous supplier deliveries

Coordinate finished goods and component transfers between branch plants

Complete daily transfer transactions in JDE

Report daily discrepancies to inventory team

Maintain and track delivery schedules to ensure delivery schedules are met.

What you bring :

Secondary School Diploma

1-2 years in transportation or logistics

Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with a problem solving mindset

Advanced communication skills

Intermediate computer skills including database and computer

Advanced ability to multi task

Attention to detail

COMPENSATION :  Budgeted Range – $46,090 - $52,392

The budgeted range takes into account several factors and qualifications that are considered in making compensation decisions including experience, education, training, licenses, certifications, and other business and organizational requirements. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
