Overview

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance, Licensed Electrician is responsible for the installation and maintenance of electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and automation systems common to a dairy operation. This role requires hands‑on execution which blends working on the floor directly with equipment and operators, as well as tactical time in the shop rebuilding and repairing.

Schedule

Midnight 8 / hour shifts 11pm‑7 : 30am, Sunday to Thursday off Friday & Saturday.

Salary

• Licensed : Probationary Rate (90 working days) – $44.02 per hour
• Licensed Top Rate – $46.34 per hour
• A seventy‑five cents ($0.75) per hour premium for all hours worked by employees classified as maintenance is applied in addition to the base hourly rate.
• Additional shift premiums apply for all hours worked during premium shift times.
• Tool Allowance shall be paid to the Maintenance employees at the rate of eight hundred and thirty ($830) dollars.
