We are seeking a skilled Fullstack Python Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end applications, leveraging Python for backend development and modern front-end technologies for a seamless user experience. The candidate should have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for building scalable and efficient software solutions.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $125k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality web applications using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Design and implement user interfaces with modern frontend technologies (React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA to deliver features aligned with company goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Manage database design and ORM tools (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) for data modeling and retrieval.
• Participate in code reviews, guide junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate improvements into existing applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported in production environments.
