Innovation 7 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to work in a fast-paced Architectural and Engineering environment in the Nation's Capital.

- You will directly report to a preferred client and be accountable for coordinating projects and ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Actively follow up with stakeholders—this role requires someone proactive and not shy about chasing people.
- Preparing client presentations based on input from team members.
- Document control and organization in a Microsoft SharePoint environment.
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes both virtually and in-person.
- Formatting reports and packaging project deliverables.
- Assisting with project record-keeping and other administrative tasks as needed.
- File, organize and maintain all documents connected with the above-referenced tasks in a digital format.
- Maintain all electronic documents in a remote access environment.
- MUST be able to attain Enhanced Reliability security clearance to begin work.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years' work experience in similar role.
- Experience in Architectural and Engineering work environment preferred.
- Must be highly responsible, accountable, and dependable.
- Exceptionally proficient with technology, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
- Must be tech-savvy with a solid understanding of modern tools and platforms.
- Ability to work and log in to our work environment remotely.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong internet connection for virtual work.
- Fluency in French is an asset but not required.
- Comfortable presenting to teams and stakeholders.
- Able to thrive in a remote environment while maintaining consistent communication and coordination.
- Knowledge of engineering or architecture (mechanical / electrical) is a bonus but not required.
