Client Proposal & Presentation : Develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, effectively communicating the value proposition of the firm’s services and securing new business. Client Relationship Management : Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling to expand revenue streams. Sales Tracking & Reporting : Monitor sales activities, track progress toward targets, and provide regular performance reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Strategic Consultation : Offer consultative advice to clients, addressing their unique challenges and providing HR solutions that drive organizational success. Qualifications : Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience : Previous experience in a sales or consulting role is essential. Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite; strong presentation skills. Certifications : Sales certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are advantageous.
