Job descriptionFree Lunch Yearly bonus Health Benefits for full time employees Opportunities to learn and grow Onsite Parking Flexible work schedule Ensuring shelves are well stocked and properly labelled Properly rotate and face stock in a timely manner Provide strong customer service Assist in ordering and receiving specialty products Suggestive selling Keeping work area clean and safe as per company standards Uphold company procedures, standards and policies Other duties as required High School or GED from an accredited school system or program is preferred. A minimum of one year experience in a customer focused role Excellent listening skills and communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a professional image at all times Work independently with little direct supervision Have a well-balanced concern for both task and people Have a genuine concern for needs of customers
