Assistant Restaurant Manager

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you are an enthusiastic role model and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time. Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner and Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

Please note this organization owns locations in Barrie, Innisfil, Port Severn, and Waubaushene and management for this organization may be required to work in any of these locations.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

· Monitor revenues to determine labour cost

· Monitor staff performance

· Plan and organize daily operations

· Recruit staff

· Set staff work schedules

· Supervise staff

· Train staff

· Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

· Conduct performance reviews

· Cost products and services

· Organize and maintain inventory

· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

· Address customers' complaints or concerns

· Provide customer service
