Requirements
WORK EXPERIENCE & ACCOMPLISHMENTS -4+ years of medical device sales leadership experience. -Experience managing and developing a sales team across a broad geographic region. -Extensive experience and relationships working with shared services, health authorities and GPOs. -A demonstrated record of success and goal achievement. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES -Strong leadership and team management abilities. -Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills. -Strategic thinking with a focus on results and customer satisfaction. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data / reports, develop actionable insights and manage multiple projects. -Technology proficient in CRM software and other sales tools. -Adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate complex sales environments. OTHER -Willing to travel throughout the region (45-50%).
