What you will do
Help our business make informed decisions. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate data entry and to provide timely information, including financial reporting and analysis.
This role is designed as a combination of a Financial Clerk and a Financial Analyst. There is an opportunity to progress into a Financial Analyst through a training and development program.
A day in the life
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your job duties include :
Ensure accurate data entry of financial transactions and journal entriesPrepare monthly bank reconciliation and credit card reconciliationManage accounts receivable process for invoice processingPerforming day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts receivable dataMonitor client accounts by reconciling Payments to invoices and client agingAssist with accounts payable process, including verification, payment entry, and manual bank depositsCollect, organize, and analyze financial data from internal and external sources and provide updates to senior managersPrepare and submit timely and accurate accounting information as required for month-endWork closely with department heads and develop regular performance reports to help identify areas for improvementProduce financial reports and models to support senior management in making decisions in line with the organization's business strategyUndertake special analysis projects at the direction of the Finance Manager and the senior managementBi weekly collect employee timesheet data and prepare submission to payrollCoverage of other positions as requiredAssist with other accounting projects as assignedWho you are

Salary Range : $30 - $33 per hour based on experience
