Brew Crew Event Representative

Are you passionate about craft beer love connecting with people and thrive in a fun dynamic environment Old Yale Brewing (OYB) is searching for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Brew Crew Event Reps.

This is an amazing opportunity to dive into the craft beer industry be the face of a beloved local brand and create memorable experiences for our community. As a Brew Crew Event Rep youll work closely with our Marketing Department and independently to bring the Old Yale spirit to Fraser Valley Farmers Markets in-store tastings and exciting local events.

What Youll Be Doing (Your Adventure Awaits!) :

• Be the Spark : Engage with customers vendors and the community sharing your passion for OYB and creating positive memorable interactions.
• Showcase Our Brews : Conduct tastings of OYB products in retail stores at vibrant farmers markets festivals and other events.
• Event Rockstar : Collaborate with the Marketing Team on event logistics including travel to / from various Fraser Valley locations full set-up and take-down of displays / materials and product pick-up / drop-off.
• Beer Expert (Well Teach You!) : Develop a strong knowledge of all OYB products to educate and engage customers helping them discover their new favorite brew.
• Drive Enthusiasm (and Sales!) : Work towards achieving sales goals and targets for our awesome beer and merch.
• Keep Track : Conduct light administration with goal tracking and reporting as needed.

We have multiple opportunities available throughout our peak seasons with working days being mainly Thursday through Sunday :

Compensation :

$20 per hour PLUS exciting sales incentives!
