Treasury Management that Drives Business Results As a Treasury Manager, you will manage covenant reporting, foreign exchange including hedging and derivatives, and complete cash management and forecasting for Home Hardware Stores Limited. You will lead the management, development and implementation of treasury processes and policies, while working closely with key business partners. Led by the Vice-President, Corporate Finance, this opportunity will suit a collaborative finance leader with solid experience in cash forecasting, capital management and foreign exchange management.
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how: - Manage the periodic cash management process, including forecasting, analysis, communication of results and reporting to the Leadership Team.
- Prepare timely and accurate bank reporting on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for contributing to the management, development, implementation, and execution of banking and credit rating strategies and negotiations.
- Build and maintain positive business relationships with banking and credit rating partners.
- Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to stakeholders throughout the organization to drive business results and support growth and development with respect to the treasury function.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards.
- Coordinate the derivatives platforms, including strategy development, trade liaison and execution.
- Prepare Treasury presentations to the leadership team and external banking and credit rating partners.
We’re looking for: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting. A CPA designation is preferred.
- Five to ten years’ experience in Finance, Banking or Treasury is preferred.
- Proven ability to interact and consult with key-senior decision makers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to establish credibility with the broad management team to positively impact business performance.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with Oracle Financials and MS Dynamics 365 would be an asset.
- Highly developed business and financial acumen to drive business performance, embracing change and innovation.
- Utmost accuracy, attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
