Role Description

This is a full-time Project Manager Software Implementation role at Total e Integrated, located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management and coordination of software implementation projects. This includes planning, organizing, and leading project meetings, monitoring project progress, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery. This is a remote role with occasional travel.

MUST HAVES

• you worked for the VAR or the software company directly and managed software deployments
• 2+ years of managing projects
• managed multiple projects and clients with non-dedicated resources simultaneous.

Qualifications

Experience in project management and software implementation

Strong organizational and planning skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks

Knowledge of expediting, inspection, and logistics management

Experience with project coordination and resource management

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in project management tools and software

Relevant certifications or educational background in project management
