Robotics Technician - Midnights!

Our automotive client in Bradford, ON is looking for a Robotics Technician to join their team on an NIGHT shift.If you want to join a stellar team, apply now!

What will you be doing?

Ensure all weld quality specifications are met by continuously monitoring the weld processes on the equipment assigned.

Troubleshoot all aspects of the weld process as required.

Maintain spare parts and components inventory at appropriate levels. Inform the tool crib attendant of low levels or shortage of parts or components in stock.

Solve maintenance related problems with minimum interruption to production.

Actively participate in Preventative Maintenance Program and down time reduction process. This includes following the PMP schedule and completing PMP checklists.

Make recommendations to improve equipment efficiency and cost reduction. This includes manufacturing, repairs and installations of parts, components, services and equipment.

What do you bring?

Completion of post-secondary education in welding and / or a robotics related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Robotic Technician.

Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems and tools.

Experience with mechanical systems.

Experience in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.

Good knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
