Compensation :

100,000 - $300,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Build and lead a team in the Sudbury Manitoulin District
  • Generate and manage leads
  • List properties on MLS®, REALTOR.ca, and other real estate sites
  • Support sellers through offers, negotiations, and paperwork
  • Conduct property showings and assist unrepresented buyers
  • Offer commission rebates to benefit buyers

    • Qualifications :

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Proven sales experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy and skilled in communication, negotiation, and networking
