Marketing Coordinator, B2B

Located in Mississauga, we are an industrial automation company providing software solutions and services to concrete companies across North America and the Caribbean. Our office culture is one that promotes teamwork and a healthy work-life balance.

MPAQ is seeking a marketing professional to define, set up and manage our digital marketing strategy. We are looking for a creative and motivated B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our team, someone able to manage projects from idea to execution. That includes everything from creating a project scope to working with development / design contractors and our own sales team to achieve our marketing goals.

This position is 4 days / week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that incorporates website, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Update and maintain the company website.
• Liaise with external contractors and freelancers to execute marketing goals.
• Analyze and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to extract key insights for future campaigns.
• Support marketing activities related to company participation in trade shows and association events.
• Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
