Hourly Rate : $27.07 to $36.14

NATURE AND SCOPE

Under the supervision of the Director, Student Recruitment and External Affairs, the Student Recruitment Associate supports activities and processes that aim to recruit prospective students for the Colleges pre-university programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the coordination of College events related to Student Recruitment, which includes visiting high schools, online events, graduation, open house, and carrying out campus tours
• Liaises with student ambassadors, faculty and staff for all activities related to student recruitment
• Assists in preparing promotional and informational material for prospective students and high school guidance counselors
• Interacts with prospective students and their parents via various tools including social media platforms.
• Facilitates positive and long-term professional relationships with guidance counsellors
• Provides administrative support to ensure the smooth running of student-recruitment processes
• Maintains accurate contact lists of prospective students
