Job Description
The Senior Change Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end change management activities for large, complex, transformational initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in change methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption strategies, particularly within healthcare or eHealth environments.
Mandatory Requirements
- University Degree or Community College Diploma or equivalent special experience
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated IM / IT experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Change Manager on large, complex transformational projects that :
- Span multiple organizations, business units, or stakeholder groups
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and spoken)

8+ years applying industry-standard change management methodologies and best practices8+ years developing comprehensive change management strategies and integrated change plans8+ years creating stakeholder engagement, communication, and outreach plans8+ years conducting readiness assessments to evaluate stakeholder capacity and willingness to adopt change8+ years designing and delivering targeted communications using appropriate channels and methods8+ years identifying sources of change resistance and developing mitigation strategies to support adoption8+ years assessing organizational change impacts across business processes and technology solutions8+ years engaging diverse stakeholder groups and building effective change champion networks8+ years developing onboarding materials, training tools, and reference guides to support new initiatives5+ years effectively communicating with executive leadership, healthcare providers, medical administrators, and clinical support staff5+ years experience working in eHealth or a healthcare-related environmentAbility to work on-site in New Brunswick is strongly preferred (higher evaluation scores); remote work considered within Canada#J-18808-Ljbffr
