Job Description

As an Estimator – ICI/Heavy industrial, your responsibilities will include:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
• Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for project needs.
• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine project scope.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and project costs.
• Provide support during project planning and execution phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction techniques.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator – ICI/Heavy industrial should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role with a general contractor.
• Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Experience with estimating software and tools.
• Knowledge of construction materials, costs, and processes.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
