Job Description
As an Estimator – ICI/Heavy industrial, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
- Evaluate and select suppliers and subcontractors for project needs.
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and technical documents to determine project scope.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and project costs.
- Provide support during project planning and execution phases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and construction techniques.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator – ICI/Heavy industrial should have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or related role with a general contractor.
- Educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Experience with estimating software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction materials, costs, and processes.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
