Job description

Salary Range : $61,500.00 - $82,500

Purpose :

A professional customer facing position, a Construction Software Support specialist is accountable for supporting and some training of Plexxis ERP Software in an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly manner. This position has a significant impact on customer satisfaction and contributes to the overall experience and value that each customer realizes through the use of Plexxis solutions.

Shift start times may vary depending on company needs / requirements

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Learn and be conversant in all aspects of the Plexxis WinBid and RTO system (Estimating Software)
  • Be proactive in recognizing and efficiently resolving issues
  • As required, diagnose, trouble-shoot and follow-up on issues dealing with implementations
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Successfully interact with customers - offering support, training and presentations
  • Proactively reach out to customers for feedback on progress of implementation
  • Prioritize obtaining a client's opinion of a successful implementation
  • Contribute to creating exceptional NPS (Net Promoter Score

Knowledge & Experience :

Mandatory experience required.

  • Construction Experience; Framing or Acoustical Ceilings or Concrete or Carpentry or General Contracting
  • General construction principles
  • Genuine interest in transitioning from the field to an office setting into a tech role
  • Customer care – genuinely enjoy helping people
  • Other Requirements :

  • Work in a team environment
  • Spoken Language : Fluent English
