We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Specialist with experience in supporting contingent labor programs within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) model. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth execution of workforce strategies and operations, contributing significantly to the success of our contingent labor programs. This role demands a blend of operational expertise, administrative proficiency, strong stakeholder management, supplier relationship building, and analytical skills to effectively support the client's contingent workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Coordination :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of MSP program, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage the end-to-end contingent labor lifecycle, including managing the requisition lifecycle, onboarding and offboarding requirements of supplier and resources, including contract management, coordinating background check process, and ensuring all client specific contractor onboarding requirements are met.
- Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure the timely and efficient fulfillment of contingent labor requirements.
Supplier and Stakeholder Management :
Build and maintain strong relationships with staffing agencies, and other external partners.Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.Monitor performance against service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).Reporting and Analytics :
Generate and analyze program metrics and reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.Prepare regular status updates and presentations for senior leadership and program stakeholders.Process Improvement :
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall candidate and client experience.Implement best practices and contribute to the development of program policies and guidelines.Compliance and Risk Management :
Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, client specific policies and procedures and company policies related to contingent labor.Mitigate risks associated with workforce management through robust documentation and adherence to governance frameworks.Technology and Systems :
Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS), and other tools to manage contingent workforce operations.Familiarity with Technology platforms.Provide training and support to internal users on systems and program processes.Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience :
1-2 years of experience in MSP, staffing, or contingent workforce program management.Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar platforms would be a plus.Familiarity with MSP service delivery models and staffing industry.Skills and Competencies :
