Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time experienced Project Administrator to work for our client's dynamic team in Delta, BC.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role involves coordinating project schedules, resources, and information, as well as communicating with stakeholders to keep everyone informed and on track.

  • Pay Rate : $30.00 / hour
  • Location : Delta, BC
  • Shifts : Monday to Friday 9 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
  • Job type : Temporary Full-time 2- month contract with possibility of extension

Responsibilities :

  • Identify, collect, and analyze relevant information relating to current projects, and provide input and recommendations to the project / program team for development, implementation, analysis, dissemination of findings, and policy / practice implications.
  • Present project updates to internal stakeholder groups, external agencies, organizations, and other stakeholders. Assist with the dissemination of information and knowledge related to projects and key programs.
  • Use project management tools and presentation software to support planning, decision-making, evaluation and creation of reports and plans, coordinates and facilitates project meetings and events.
  • Typing / formatting technical and non-technical materials, reports, and minutes.
  • Maintaining online databases.
  • Interviewing program participants and tabulating interview results.
  • Provide administrative support for the respective project(s) and their key stakeholders as required, including meeting coordination, timekeeping, budget reporting and status reports.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and can take initiative.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in the MS Office Suite of products including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAPsystem an asset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral communications.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
  • Capacity / diplomacy to deal with challenging environment and personalities.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing projects is an asset.
  • Experience in providing PowerPoint presentations.
  • Understanding of project delivery / Project Lifecycle.
