Job Description

Master Drilling USA is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in League City Texas. As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in directly supporting the President with various functions including database management calendar coordination and graphic design and marketing support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Salesforce Database Management :

Efficiently manage and update the Salesforce database.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for leads contacts and accounts.
Generate and analyze reports to support the sales and marketing teams.

2. Calendar Coordination

Effectively manage executive calendars scheduling appointments meetings and events.

Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members when necessary.

Prioritize and schedule tasks to ensure efficient use of time.

3. Graphic Design and Marketing Support

Create visually appealing marketing materials presentations and documents using graphic design tools.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Assist in content creation and social media management.

4. Language Support

Provide English and French translation services as needed.

Communicate effectively in both languages to facilitate smooth internal and external communication.

5. Contract Coordination

Record and file business contracts.

Assist in reviewing and editing company contracts.

Tracking contract renewals and extensions.

Requirements

Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
