Key Responsibilities :

2. Innovation Management :

  • Foster an inclusive and entrepreneurial culture, encouraging diverse perspectives and ideas.
  • Lead projects to adopt cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices that drive business growth.

3. Service Development :

  • Define and document digital service requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our services meet customer needs and business goals.

4. Agile Development :

  • Champion agile methodologies to enhance development speed and flexibility.
  • Drive rapid prototyping and iterative development to bring innovative ideas to life quickly.

5. Technology Integration :

  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Ensure that digital initiatives are scalable and sustainable, meeting the needs of our growing business.

6. Project Management :

  • Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

7. Performance Measurement :

  • Establish and track metrics and OKRs to measure the success and impact of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide regular progress updates to the executive team.

8. Customer Focus :

  • Engage with users to gather feedback and validate digital service concepts.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business impact.
