UX Researcher

Our financial services client/ program is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team for a 12 month+ contract. This will be 40 hours per week, 9-5.

You will be asked to work onsite 3-4x per week downtown Toronto.

Working on an Asset Management product, you will be responsible for:

Leading research as part of Discovery engagements.

Managing stakeholders, work independently, understand and inform requirements etc.

Working in close collaboration with the Experience Strategist.

Creating user journeys, blueprints, wireframes etc.

Skills needed:

5+ years of experience

FI or banking experience

Portfolio showcasing case studies!
