We’re currently looking for Senior Technician – Accounts Payable to to carry out the complete processing of accounts payable.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, i.e. receipt, verification, accounting and payment of supplier invoices;
• Verify the accuracy of invoice information and compliance with company procedures;
• Process claims, credit notes and adjustments related to accounts payable;
• Resolve problems related to supplier payments;
• Process employee expense accounts;
• Manage supplier deposit requests;
• Prepare periodic financial reports;
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies;
• Maintain up-to-date transaction records;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures to enhance and optimize efficiency;
• Sporadic financial analysis;
• All other related tasks.

What You Bring

• Ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively;
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Structured and effective approach to problem solving.

Requirements

• Technical training in accounting or finance;
• 3 to 5 years' experience in accounts payable;
• Bilingualism (French / English);
• Knowledge of SAP system;
• Proficiency in Office suite.
