About the Role
We are seeking a talentedProduct Designerto help shape ourweb‑based ESG data management and reporting platform.You will play a meaningful role in defining intuitive, user‑centered experiences that enable users to confidently work with complex, data‑richESGworkflows.
The ideal candidate hasdemonstratedexperience translating complex, interconnected workflows into cohesive and intuitive customer journeys, supported by user‑friendly interfaces that work elegantly across the product.Because our team collaborates daily across Montréal and global partner teams,fluency in English and Frenchis essential.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to craft thoughtfulend-to-endexperiences across our platform.
Lead user research and usability testing to uncover insights,validatehypotheses, and inform design decisions.
Translate complex problemsand requirementsinto clearuser flows,wireframes, prototypesand high‑fidelity designs for new features and enhancements.
Deliverdata‑informed design solutionsthat balance usability, performance, consistency, and accessibility across modules of the product.
Present your work in design reviews and offer constructive, supportive feedback to teammates.
Contribute to continuous improvement of our design processes, design system, anduserresearch frameworks.
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experiencein UX/UI or Product Design forweb‑based applications. Experience inSaaS productsis strongly preferred.
Stronggroundingofuser‑centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability testing techniques.
Proven ability to independently break down and solvecomplex, ambiguous user problemswith structured thinking and creativity.
ProficientinFigma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable influencing product decisions through design.
High levelof attention to detail, visual craft, and interaction quality.
Ability to manage multipleinitiativesand deliver high‑quality work within deadlines.
Fluent in both English and French(spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing fordata‑heavy,reporting‑focused platforms, or enterprise SaaS.
Familiarity withHTML/CSSand front‑end development principles.
Knowledge ofaccessibility standardsand inclusive design practices.
Previousexperience working in anagile development environment.
