Customer Service Representative

Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and assistance through various communication channels. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with order processing, account management, and troubleshooting issues.
• Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis of customer feedback and interactions to improve service quality.
• Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant products or services through effective communication.
• Purchase Corrugated supplies through the Encore ERP when required.
• Process orders through Encore ERP
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM or similar software systems.
• Excellent analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• This role starts between $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
