YOUR ROLE:

• Process various title insurance requests received;

• Assist in the preparation of residential title insurance policies;

• Conduct research in various available databases: land registry, business registrar and analyze the findings;

• Communicate with professionals and various clients regarding commercial title insurance matters;

• Support the team by ensuring deadlines are met;

• Perform any other related tasks within the title insurance department.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• DCS in Paralegal Technology or any other relevant qualification;

• Experience in a similar role;

• Strong bilingual proficiency, both spoken and written;

• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and team spirit;

• Professionalism, autonomy, and sound judgment.
