As a Data Analyst, you will be a key driver of Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Analytics. You will lead efforts in analyzing data to generate actionable insights that help drive business decisions and optimize our product performance and play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, data pipelines, dashboards as well as other self-service data tools to drive business decisions.
Reporting to the Director, Data & Insights, you will be part of a growing data team, currently composed of yourself, and a data developer. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new team and help build the data culture at AgencyAnalytics.
You will be collaborating with product managers, engineering leads, and operations teams to drive data efforts. Help identify what is working, discover growth opportunities and evaluate data that informs key decisions.
You will be collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to glean meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and correlations relevant to our business.
You will help support the Product and Growth team design experiments and provide actionable and scalable recommendations from the results
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualizations to effectively communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders.
You will help support the Data team to design and implement data models that facilitate data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence needs.
Experience : 4+ years of experience in data analytics, ideally within SaaS, with a focus on product analytics.
Analytical & Problem Solving Skills : Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Data Storytelling : Expertise in data storytelling and visualization, using data-driven insights to deliver actionable recommendations and drive business value.
Technical Expertise : Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with Python. Familiar with data warehousing and ETL / ELT processes. Familiarity with BigQuery, Dataform and Metabase is a bonus.
Communication : Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
