Digital communications & design specialist

Do you want to help strengthen Royal Greenland’s digital communication and ensure high quality in both operations and expression? We are looking for a sharp and independent Digital Communications & Design Specialist who will help develop and operate our digital platforms — while also ensuring that our efforts can be measured and continuously improved.

Role summary

You will be part of the Communications team, distributed between Svenstrup and Nuuk, and report to the Head of Communications in Nuuk. Your physical location will be our shared service center in Gdańsk, where you will work alongside approximately 35 colleagues from Royal Greenland.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in both Greenland and Denmark and help connect platforms, content, and data into one unified digital story.

The role combines technical operations, graphic production, and analysis. You will help ensure that our digital tools operate optimally, that content is presented professionally — and that we continuously learn from our data.

Your primary tasks

• Operation and development of royalgreenland.com (Strapi CMS, cookies, technical updates)
• Responsibility for our digital image archive (DAM)
• Support with newsletters and marketing automation (ActiveCampaign)
• Production and editing of graphic materials (Photoshop, InDesign)
• Technical sparring with the Communications team
• Monitoring and measuring campaigns and activities (e.g. Facebook, web analytics, media monitoring)
