Key Responsibilities
- Develop leading‑edge designs using EY brand standards, ensuring strong typography, colour, and imagery.
- Create layouts for campaigns, events, reports, and proposals, drawing and redrawing graphics for clear communication.
- Collaborate with internal clients—including Brand Marketing, Communications, and Business Development—to select effective design solutions.
- Support the Creative Director, Design Director, or Senior Designers on production work and creative projects.
- Maintain high proficiency in industry software and troubleshoot technical issues for both digital and print deliverables.
- Share best practices, current techniques, and design trends with the team.
- Participate in project meetings, manage scope, and communicate updates to mitigate deadline risks.
- Coordinate with external vendors for production of external products and services.
- Adhere strictly to the quality standards and procedures established by the Creative Studio and EY.
Overtime will be required as needed.
Skills & Attributes for Success
- Experience in layout and editorial design, both creative and production.
- Strong typography knowledge and background.
- Flexibility to manage multiple projects and internal clients simultaneously.
- Collaborative, team‑first mentality.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or motion graphics is an asset.

- Effective communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to maintain relationships and leverage expertise efficiently.

What We Look For
- College diploma or technical certificate in Graphic Design.
- 4–6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.

Compensation
The salary range for this role in British Columbia is $65,600 to $98,400, determined by education, experience, skills, and location.
