This is a full-time, permanent in-office role based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.

Full cycle accounting General ledger maintenance Bank reconciliations Sales tracking and work order reviews Financial reporting Expense tracking Inventory management Month-end closing Other duties and projects as assigned

Experience & Attributes for Success :

Post-secondary education in accounting is preferred or other equivalent training / career experience Confident professional with a self-motivated work ethic Ability to take charge, assess workflow demands, and delegate Independent and reliable while also being a collaborative team player with management Proven experience establishing and implementing processes and procedures Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
