We are currently seeking a talented and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our vibrant team!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Job Posting & Description Writing : Craft engaging job descriptions and job postings tailored to attract top talent. Ensure all postings are accurate and updated regularly.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening : Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates. A strong network in related fields is essential.
  • Interview Coordination : Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews. Work with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Background Checks & Offer Management : Oversee the background check process, including criminal, credit, and reference checks. Handle offer letters and follow up with candidates post-interview.
  • Client & Candidate Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end, red-carpet recruitment experience.
  • Administrative Tasks : Maintain organized reports on recruitment activities and support team operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Position Details :

  • Location : Four days a week in-office, with potential for flexible or hybrid work options.
  • Business Development : This role includes business development responsibilities.
  • Bilingualism : Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.

  • Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
  • Experience in an agency setting is a plus.
  • Background in IT and / or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
