Payroll Specialist

Insight Global is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join a leading HCM/Payroll company for a full‑time job that starts off as a 6‑month contract through Insight Global. The ideal candidate will join the service delivery team and work with small, medium, and national‑size accounts providing end‑to‑end payroll solutions. They must have experience managing or running end‑to‑end, complex payrolls that cover different provinces and unions across Canada, hold a PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) certification, and have a track record of problem‑solving or complex process improvement within payroll. Applicants must have valid Canadian work authorization and currently reside in Canada.

Base pay range: CA$70,000.00/yr - CA$74,500.00/yr

Required Skills and Experience

• 3‑5 years of Canadian payroll experience minimum
• PCP certification (completed or in progress)
• End‑to‑end payroll management of complex, cross‑provincial payrolls, including year‑end payroll
• Ability to resolve complex problems
