We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Renovation to take our Supply & Install / Renovation channel to new heights. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute bold sales strategies that drive revenue in the renovation channel.
• Build and nurture relationships with key partners, customers, and industry influencers.
• Coordinate with company executives to determine the best sales strategies and market priorities.
• Analyze regional market trends to uncover new opportunities and stay ahead of new opportunities for growth.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and build relationships.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
• Directly and indirectly coach and grow a team of Renovation Sales Representatives across Western Canada.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to keep the team focused and aligned.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, and marketing materials for the renovation channel.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to build out and execute strategies that will improve and grow the renovation channel.
