The Role

We are looking for a driven structured and results-oriented Business Developer ready to take the lead on generating new client partnerships.

This is a 100% commission-based role its for someone who wants to be compensated based on their real impact.

Minimum commitment : 10 hours per week during business hours (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.).

You are welcome to work more if you choose your earning potential is unlimited.

What Youll Do

Identify and approach companies with recruitment needs

Prospect via LinkedIn phone calls and email

Book meetings and qualify opportunities

Lead initial strategic discussions with clients

Collaborate with the founder during mandate kick-offs

Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups

Represent CB SmartRecruit with professionalism and energy

Compensation

100% commission structure.

Commissions are paid in two stages :

A portion at mandate launch

A portion upon successful completion of the search

Unlimited earning potential.

What Were Looking For

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in business development

Basic knowledge of recruitment (agency or in-house) or relevant related experience

Bilingual (French / English)

Active LinkedIn Recruiter license (required)

Experience selling professional services (an asset)

Comfortable making calls and booking meetings

Proactive structured and results-driven

Able to build and manage your own organizational system

Team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) en développement des affaires autonome structuré(e) et orienté(e) résultats prêt(e) à prendre le lead sur le développement de nouveaux clients.

Cest un rôle 100 % commission cest pour quelquun qui veut être rémunéré(e) à la hauteur de son impact.

Engagement minimal : 10 heures par semaine durant les heures daffaires (8h à 18h).

Vous pouvez en faire plus si vous le souhaitez vos revenus ne sont pas plafonnés.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Identifier et approcher des entreprises ayant des besoins en recrutement
  • Prospecter via LinkedIn appels et courriels

    Prendre des rendez-vous et qualifier les opportunités

    Mener les premières discussions stratégiques avec les clients

    Collaborer avec la fondatrice lors du démarrage des mandats

    Gérer votre propre pipeline et vos suivis

    Représenter CB SmartRecruit avec professionnalisme et énergie

    Rémunération

    Structure 100 % commission.

    Profil recherché

  • 2 à 3 ans dexpérience en développement des affaires
  • Connaissance de base du recrutement (agence ou interne) ou expérience connexe pertinente

    Bilingue français / anglais

    Licence LinkedIn Recruiter active (obligatoire)

    Expérience en vente de services professionnels (atout)

    À laise avec les appels et la prise de rendez-vous

    Proactif(ve) structuré(e) orienté(e) résultats

    Capable de bâtir son propre système dorganisation

    Esprit déquipe et attitude entrepreneuriale
